• Email - We will be providing you with an email address through which you can easily contact the assigned staff directly. With this facility you can interact with the staff directly and the staff will respond to your queries instantly.
• Instant Messenger: We will be providing instant messenger address which will help you to interact with the assigned staff directly during any time of the service period; and
• Job Tracker: There is a task management system available at our customer care center through which you can send files and instructions to the assigned staff directly in matter of second.
You can only enjoy the basic supervision with us. That means, we ensures to our clients that the assigned staff will start their work on time and they will be working deliberately. Advanced supervision is not offered by us, that means we can’t cross check the actual tasks done. However, we will directly interact with the assigned staff to ensure that the work done is beyond your expectation and satisfies you. But, you need to make sure that you assign clearly defined and sufficient work to the staff and regularly monitor the progress of the work to get much value from your investment.
We assign a quality virtual assistant that will solely work for you, if you opt for Full-Time Virtual Assistant Plan. They will work for you from Monday to Friday and their working hours will be of 8 hours excluding one hour of meal break. You are authorized to select the working hours as per your requirements and convenience, but considering the aforementioned pricing table, the price may vary depending upon the timings you select to assign work to the virtual assistant.
